The owner is very helpful. He picked me up at the Bus stop and took me back to the bus stop when I left. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Everything in the room was new or in good condition.

Lovely village located

The property had everything we needed and the AC works well. The property is dated and this is reflected in the price. The owners live next door so we felt safe and supported by them.

Unsatisfactory Living Conditions

I booked in advance 2 apartments in the apart hotel due to the good comments and rating. I knew that I cannot expect a lot, but it all went very disappointing and even life threatening. The second floor apartment's outlook was close to the pictures in the webpage, but the the first floor one... The only contemporary things there were the beds, everything else was as old as my grandpa. The windows, the doors, the sink and cabinets, sofas were ancient and might be included in Patara heritage. The thing that struck me was that there was an electrical power switch just next to the shower?!? By chance, nobody died until now. I advise all people, do not book the first floor apartment! It is miserable and does not meet any basic living standarts! On the other hand, the breakfast was awesome and delicious. It is the reason why I I am giving "Disappointing" rate, not "Bad".

Apart gayet idealdi arkadaşlarımla bir gece konakladık. Fakat sahipleri fazla ilgisizlerdi. Kimliğimize bile bakmadılar ev sahibinin eşi bizi odaya kadar götürdü fakat ev sahibi hiçbir şekilde iletişime geçmedi. Çamaşır makinesinde arıza çıkmıştı aradığımda sağolsun halletti. Gittiğimde yan tarafta teyzesinin sülo pansiyon isimli işletmesine götürdü. Mecburen orada kaldık, apartman kalmayı beklerken, küçücük otel odası ile idare etmek zorunda kaldık, Doğa apartın işletmeciliği berbat, sülo pansiyon Hatice Teyzenin işletmesi iyi, orayı tavsiye ederim…

Asıl konaklamamızdan önce 3 gece konakladık. Gece geç gelmemize rağmen karşılandık ve odamıza yerleştik. Oda ve banyo temizdi, ekim ayında gittiğimizden sinek/haşere ile pek karşılaşmadık, balkonda sineklik de vardı zaten. Patara plajına çok yakın, sakin bir konumda. Dışarda ortak çamaşır makinesi de mevcut. Soğuk/Sıcak suda sorun yaşamadık. Bizim için en kötü deneyim yatak oldu, inanılmaz rahatsız bir yataktı. Yorgun yatıp daha yorgun kalktık, sırt/bel ağrılarımızda cabası kesinlikle değişme vakti gelmiş. Kısa konaklamalar için uygun.
