The perfect place to regenerate batteries - absolutely beautiful location, fabulous sea swimming, lovely spacious accommodation, quiet and peaceful with wonderful views. Merih and her team couldn't be more kind and helpful. All in all a slice of heaven. Thank you to all at Lycia!

Such a gorgeous, warm, relaxed place to stay. Beautiful bougainvillea, jasmine and other flowers all around. The Owner Mersih and her staff are warm, welcoming, and always helpful!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They communicated with me in advance about my trip. They made us feel home. The structure was very unique. The water view was stunning. Great relaxing place.

Hugely disappointing

Hotels.com advertise it as a hotel air is more of a guest house. The staff have to make breakfast , clear that up, prep lunch in case anyone wants it, prep rooms for incoming guests and finally are supposed to clean in siri guests They do not get to the rooms until very late and then do not clean They ask if you want anything like a towel. When asked for clean sheets after several days (!) they just hand one or two over and we had to change the bed ourselves . It’s clear that maintainance is neglected as well as cleaning which is sad as at some point care was taken to set up the small guesthouse Our jacuzzi which was a domestic bath and not a spa was filthy I had to clean it daily and run the filth thru the pipes . After two weeks the pipes finally ran clear! The photos on the website are very old and there is now another hotel in front of the sea as well as a derelict one.We would have left but knew we wouldn’t get our money back. Rhe attitude of the woman supposedly running it was such. There was a hornets nest by the restaurant . They swooped down on us over breakfast. No effort was made to remove the nest and the staff just accepted their presence

Helt OK

Hotellet var fräscht, och med fin utsikt. Nackdelen för en barnfamilj var dock att ta sig till deras "strand" som var på klippor. Poolen var dessutom alldeles för varm för att man skulle kunna "svalka" av sig i värmen. Rummen var stora och personalen var supertrevlig!

J’ai adoré cet hôtel et son emplacement. Le service est super et Merih est aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’équipe est adorable et font tout pour le confort de la clientèle. Je n’avais pas envie de partir et je compte bien y retourner. Merci à Lycia Hôtel pour l’expérience Kas!

Temiz, ilgili ve muhteşem bir işletme.

Ulaşımımızda sıkıntı olmasına rağmen Merih hanım çok yakından ilgilendi ve odamız konusunda daha iyi bir alternatif sağladı. Her sabah kahvaltıda günümüz ile ilgili planımızı sordu:) Kahvaltı serpme kahvaltı şeklinde; ek istenen yumurta ve kahve için ücret talep edilmiyor bu çok hoş, üstelik bir sabah yan bahçede bir abla çok lezzetli gözlemeler yaptı sıcacık ve lezzetliydi. Otelin genel değerlendirmesi ise temizlikten çok memnunduk; havuz deniz suyu, gayet temiz, çocuk havuzu da mevcut. Dekorasyonu bize hitap ediyordu, havuz kenarı manzarası bile muhteşem. Sahilde kendine özel plajı var, biraz dik bir yokuştan iniyorsunuz ancak yamaçtan manzaralı bir otel için gayet normal bence. Localar ve kaya altı şezlonglar çok güzeldi. Su akıntılı ve dalgalı oluyor yüzmesi biraz zor ama zaman geçirmek ve denizi izlemek için ideal. Yarımadada olduğu için Kaş'a 20-30dk da bir geçen minibüslerle gidiyosunuz, taksi tercih ederseniz fix 35₺ olarak ayarlanmış. Halk plajları minibüsle 10dk. Eşimle biz 5 gün kaldık ve harika vakit geçirdik. Bence kesinlikle tercih edilebilir bir mekan. Otel tam bir huzur kaynağı(Eylül de gittiğimiz için biraz da sakindi). Odalarda sigara içilmiyor ancak veranda ve balkon gayet yeterli:) Fiyat performans dengesi gayet yerinde. Olumsuz yan: Sadece restorant ücreti daha uygun olsaydı(çok uçuk fiyatlar sayılmazdı) tüm tatil boyunca akşam yemeğimizi orada yiyebilirdik. Bir kez yedik ve memnun kaldık yemekleri güzeldi. Yeniden gitmek istediğim bir otel..

Otel burunda olduğu için kendi denizinde yüzmek akıntıdan dolayı biraz zor oluyor. Arabayla gelinip bölge plajları gezmek gibi bir planınız varsa rahatlıkla gidebileceğiniz bir otel. Ancak arabasız gelmenizi tavsiye etmem. Ana yoldan otele gidip gelmek bile işkence. Çok dik bir yokuş var, sıcakta inip çıkmaz imkansız. Huzur arayanlar için birebir. Gün boyu kendi kendinize kalabileceğiniz, kafa dinleyebileceğiniz bir otel. Kahvaltı serpme olarak geliyor. Oldukça sade ancak yumurta vs. gibi eklemeler için ek ücret talep etmiyorlar.

What an amazing stay!! Beautiful location and loved the feel of the hotel. Very low key and relaxing. Had great meals at the restaurant on-site and then the water access was secluded and very beautiful! The hotel is a short and beautiful drive to Kas. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only wish we could have stayed longer! 10/10 recommend!

Warm, gracious staff and stunning location

In addition to the stunning location and panoramic views, Merih and the staff at Lycia Hotel are warm, gracious, and welcoming. The food is incredible, really first rate — we ate every meal at the hotel for four days, and loved everything we tried. Their wine selection was also very good. The private ocean access is stunning, and features beautiful cabanas. Merih arranged everything from a private boat tour to a visit by a doctor when one of us came down sick. They really bent over backwards for us, and I consider them great friends after this week. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

What a lovely hotel, the service is impeccable, breakfast is great. Everybody at the hotel makes you feel at home. If you are planning on visiting KAS, that's where you should be staying

Wünderschön & Idyllisch, kleines Hotel im Paradies

Haben leider nur 1 Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Diese und das Frühstück waren aber hervorragend und wunderschön. Die Anreise per Auto klappt einwandfrei, es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Lage des Hotels (5min mit Auto von Kas entfernt) ist super gelegen mit Anbindung an ein klares und angenehmes Meer. Der Strand ist ein Felsenstrand. Jedoch gibt es eine gute Möglichkeit ins Wasser zu kommen, entweder 1m springen oder per Leiter. Dazu gibt es sehr angenehme Liegen mit genügend Sonn- und Schattenplätzen. Merih, die Hotelbesitzerin, hat uns freundlicherweise 2 Tage früher anreisen lassen und uns bei unseren weiteren Reiseschwierigkeiten, dank ihrer perfekten deutsch/türkisch Kenntnisse, gut weiterhelfen können. Außerordentlich nettes Personal, mit einer super netten Hotelbesitzerin. Den Meerwasserpool haben wir gar nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr sauber aus. Das Frühstück war sehr persönlich und hat gut geschmeckt. Es wurde eine türkische Frühstücksvariation serviert.
