The hotel is very close to the beach—just a one-minute walk away. The beach is fantastic and exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a great location in Kalkan, Kaş, Antalya. Everything was spotless, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the property managers, Mr. Ömer and Mr. Enes—they were very helpful and kind. We also extend our sincere thanks to the service manager, Mr. Adil, and his assistant for their excellent service. We will definitely return to Kuluhana Hotel next time. The open buffet breakfast was also wonderful—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.

For the price we paid £48 for a night in a basic room it was fantastic value. The room was only small, but it was clean and we had a balcony with a sea view and breakfast included. For a night in Kalkan it was great value. The guy on check in and out was a bit miserable but other than that I would definitely recommend. Plus we are at the beach bar over the road a 2 min walk. The home made pizza was fab and the view of the sea was to die for.

Oda temizliği, günü gelmesine rağmen ertesi gün çıkış yapacağımız için aksatıldı. Klima dış üniteleri balkonda olduğu için ses sebebiyle balkonda oturamadık. Balkonda çamaşır asmaya yer yoktu. Havuz motor sesi odanın içinde duyuluyordu. Otel personeli genel olarak soğuk ve isteksizdi. Oda temizliği yeterliydi. Kahvaltıda talep ettiğimiz ufak ek porsiyon yemeği, içeceği, kahveyi ekstra olarak hesaba kattılar. Oda türü hakkında anlaşmış olmamıza rağmen bizim onayımız alınmadan odamız değiştirilmişti. Klima odayı yeterli derecede soğutuyordu. Tuvalet sifonu tutukluk yapıyordu. Dolaplar yeterliydi. Erken saatlerde resepsiyonda kimse bulunmuyordu. Yedeği bulunmayan tuvalet kağıdını bir şekilde biz temin ettik. Otel anlayışından uzak, pansiyon tanımına daha yakın bir konaklama yeri. Bu fiyatlara daha güzel hizmet ve mekân sunan yerler bulunabilir ki biz bulduk.

We were treated so well by Gorkhan and his team. Lovely room and view of the sea. Great food and service. We can't wait to come back again. It's a lovely peaceful area. If you want more action you can get the boat taxi across the bay for a couple of pounds. A real hidden gem. I will do a more detailed review on trip advisor. Güzel manzaralı (202) numaralı odada konakladık. Ekip tatilimizin iyi geçmesi için elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Bayram tatili olmasına rağmen oldukça sakin ve huzurluydu. Önündeki sahilden (Green Beach) denize giriliyor.

A lovely hotel

My friend and I unfortunately had only two nights in this lovely little hotel. We arrived during the evening and were welcomed so warmly and kindly by our host and his staff. Our room, a deluxe suite was brand new, tastefully and comfortably furnished with a large balcony and an astounding view of the bay. We were very well looked after. Breakfast, included in our tariff was generous. The hotel is a walk away from the restaurants cafes and boutiques of Kalkan. We did walk there to explore but could have easily just stayed and relaxed at the hotel as there is beach access and a swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely deluxe suite and the outstanding kindness and hospitality of the manager and his team

Great aparthotel near the sea.

We had a basic room over looking the beach club, fantastic view, very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish but you could get a full English at the beach club if you fancied a change. We went in September and had the beach club pretty much to our selves there was a bar to get drinks and always loads of sun beds. You needed to get a taxi into the town each night but was little more than £2 each way. All in all a great place to stay although a fridge in the room would have been handy.

Stunning surroundings and decent hotel

We had the penthouse which had amazing views over the sea. It is a little outdated but the stunning surroundings, the decking with access straight into the sea and a nice staff made up for it. The breakfast was the same everyday - a very random mix of olives, egg, slabs of cheese etc. but when we asked for an alternative, they were happy to put in a different order (shame we didn't know this from day one).

Otelın konumu cok ıyı . Heryere cok yakın gercekten. Arabanızla cok rahat guzel turıstık yerlerı gezebılırsınız. Kalkan merkeze 5-6 dakıkada otelın sagladıgı tekneyle ucretsız gecebılıyorsunuz. Denızı havuzu cok guzel. Kahvaltıda kahvaltı tabagı var. O bıraz daha gelıstırılebılır. Bardakı yıyecek ıcecekler bıraz pahalı.calısanların guler yuzu ve ılgı alakası ıcın tesekkur ederız. Guzel ve huzurlu bır tatıl gecırdık. Yenıden tercıh edebılecegımız yerlerden biri.
