From the moment we arrived Hasan at the front desk greeted us with a smile. He also took care of our luggage and was very helpful with all our questions. Excellent service. The view from our room was beautiful, the room was very clean. Highly recommend. Walkable to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel nada recomendable

Elegimos el hotel por los buenos comentarios, sin embargo nuestra experiencia no ha sido buena. Al entrar en la habitación nos encontramos el sifón del cuarto de baño, que estaba sucio, en el lavabo y la ducha sin la rejilla del desagüe colocada en su sitio. Las toallas eran viejas y estaban rotas con agujeros. No hubo agua caliente en ningún momento. Fue imposible localizar al recepcionista para solucionar el problema del agua caliente, únicamente pudimos localizar a la cocinera que llamó por teléfono al recepcionista que tardó en llegar al hotel unos veinte o treinta minutos. Se disculpó pero nos dijo que el agua caliente no funcionaba, estaba estropeado. Ha sido el único hotel en nuestro viaje por Turquía en el que no había en la habitación hervidor con té y café ni agua de cortesía. Es un hotel caro, la relación calidad precio es pésima.

Kaş'ta tek adresim Arnna Hotel

Merhaba Kaş tatilimizin mükemmel geçmesinde büyük yeri olan Otel sorumlusu Hüseyin bey ve ekibine sonsuz teşekkürler. Hijyen ve ortama önem veren biri olarak benden tam not almakla beraber otelin konumu, kahvaltısı ile gerçekten harika. Ayrıca odaların tasarımı, genişliği ve deniz manzarası çok güzel. Eğer Kaş hakkında bilgi sahibi değilseniz Hüseyin beyin kültür ve eğlence konusundaki gezi tavsiyeleri gerçekten harika. 7 gün boyunca Kaş'ta harika bir tatil geçirdik.
