「Cómodo, limpio, el desayuno tenía variedad. El lugar era tranquilo, no se escuchaba ruido y se podía dormir muy bien. El balcón se comparte con otras habitaciones, el jardín es agradable. La ducha estaba en el centro de la habitación, pero está bien. 」

「I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. 」
