「I requested a room with a walk in shower. I did not request an accessible room. I arrived quite late in the evening. My room was on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow. The room was pretty basic. I was charged more than the agreed reservation price(?!) I left without using the stinky shower and will not be returning. Complete rip off £125 for...

「The hotel room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and healthy foods. It was 5 minutes to the airport so easy to get there on time.」

「Room was small but comfortable but expensive for what it is. The air conditioning was poor - not functioning very well so the room was warm. The restaurant was very nice, and along with the airport shuttle it meant we could crash after a long day without leaving the confines of the airport.」

「The hotel, more importantly, the room was immaculate. The beds were quite comfortable. Fresh air via a large open window or air conditioning was available. We stayed one night prior to a cruise. The hotel location was extremely quiet, perfect for sleeping after 15 hours of lights. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, even escorted us to our room and helped us with our luggage, refused a tip but accepted a hug. 5 stars!!」

「Rooms were small but well maintained. Owners took pride in their property. It was well located to restaurants, had a great breakfast, nice pool and staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...
