O atendente me falou previamente que se eu chegasse até às 9 da noite para o check-in poderia ter o café ou algo assim, mas estava muito ruim de entender o áudio dele. Fora isso, no meu checkout, o atendente estava dormindo e mostrou uma má vontade que eu nem entrei no assunto. Só por essa experiência, eu não voltaria,...

「Put us in a 3 person room with a separate bedroom which was great for privacy. Helped with ice for an injured persons knee. View was great, pool was amazing, breakfast was very good!」

「Incredible breakfast buffet, very polite and helpful reception staff. All staff were cheerful and helpful. Location is difficult, halfway between the airport and the city center, and with the rise in traffic issues, transportation was a sizeable problem. The shuttle found it hard to keep to a schedule, and there was some miscommunication regarding the taxi rate into town. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed and right next to a shopping center.」

「The room was spacious and clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and we got to choose what we liked.We also had dinner at the hotel and it was really good as well. We only stayed for one night but can definitely recommend the place. The family run hotel was perfect for us to arrive in Albania and get to know the city of Tirana.」
