I love this place. Hotel, Rooms and Spa are amazing, personal are wonderful, the restaurant is the best in town but the star of the show is definitely the bar. Cocktails and service there absolutely TOP!. I think his name was Tim behind the bar. He and his team are extremely talented. Can't wait to visit again!

A true ”must go to place” !!!

The best hotel experience for us so far, fantastic people and a great place to be. The food was amazing and the breakfast…….Oh my god !!! We’ll be back soon again, thanks for a great time !

The best - look no farther!

Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience!

Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Vi är mycket nöjda med både rum, spa och frukost! Bra läge med nära till allt. Superfint rum, sköna sängar, bra tv utbud. Spat var supermysigt och fräscht dock var vattnet i den horisontella duschen väldigt varm så andra gången gick tyvärr inte att använda den då vattnet var skållhett. Kändes överlag väldigt lyxigt och prisvärt.
