Good value and great location

Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. I stayed in this hotel 4 times and will stay there again

The personal at the reception was very horrible!! I have never been treated so badly as this time!! If u wanna have a parking place there u have to say it in advance even though it’s not mentioned anywhere…. The address is given totally wrong to the reality…..because the hotel is located on the pedestrian side and no cars are allowed to go there which is logical, so just ask extra for the address on the opposite side of the hotel …. Location of the hotel is really good of course because it’s right in the center…. But believe it or not I will never go to this hotel again just because of so arrogant and aggressive pesonal who is working at the front desk there…

We chose this hotel since it was offered at a good price on Expedia and had mostly positive reviews. We arrived about ten minutes early from the check-in time and the person at the front desk immediately gave us the keys, which we appreciated. However, when we entered the room, it was completely not ready for guests: the bed linen was crumpled up and scattered across the floor, the room appeared extremely messy and very unclean. What was the most upsetting part was discovering visible urine stains on the mattresses and a strange bad smell coming from the sofa. This was truly disgusting. He did not apologize and simply told us we would have to wait for the room to be cleaned because they had no other rooms available. While we're sitting near our room, very disappointed and unsure what to do, we overhear the manager instructing the housekeeping staff to clean our room. The maids then began complaining loudly and swearing, blaming the manager for poor planning and the guests for not wanting to wait. This continued even after they reached our floor. After that we moved to other hotel. Sadly our reservation was non refundable.

I absolutely loved my stay and my room at this property. I stayed in a single room, on a higher floor overlooking the promenade. The chandeliers, the high ceilings, the vintage furnishings... made me feel as though I was living in a different era. Bathroom was large and modern, water pressure good. And the towel warming rack worked! The included breakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold, and the dining room was elegant. Staff were very accommodating and kind. Location was perfect. And only a 5-minute walk from where the bus #2 drops you. I stayed for 2 nights, and was provided with housekeeping service which was appreciated. The only downside was my mattress wasn't comfortable....almost like I was sleeping on an angle. But I was able to fall asleep. As well, the people above were rather noisy on night #1. Thank you for a memorable stay. TIP: restaurants will be cheaper in the northern part of town, near the bus stations. TIP: the tourist info centre is located in Spa 1. It was hard to find, as trucks and banners were blocking the 'i' (for information) sign.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Difficult to find our way to the hotel by car. Due to many one way streets. Navigation using the link in hotels.com didn’t work. Set navigation for nouva Louka on the opposite side of the river.

Das Hotel entsprach den mittelmäßigen Bewertung. Dame an der Rezeption freundlich. Das Hotel hat einen gewissen „Instandhaltungsrückstau“, da sollte nachgebessert werden: Überall Schrammen an den Möbeln, teilweise defekte Türen etc. Da wir hier nur geschlafen haben, war das aber zu verkraften und der günstige Preis wiegt manches auf.

Berbat bir otel daha kötüsü olamaz.

Tek kelimeyle berbat bir otel. Resepsiyon memuresi çok kaba ve sizden ekstra para koparıyor. Karlovy Vary şehrinin merkezinde iyi bir otel olacağını ümit etmiştik. Lokasyon iyi ancak otelin önüne araba gelemiyor çünkü trafiğe kapalı dolayısıyla uzaktan valiz taşımaya hazır olun. Odaya çıkınca bakıyorsunuz eski mobilyalar hadi diyelim ki eski dönemi yansıttınız ama kanepe kırılıyor eskilikten. Kanepe kırık olunca çocuklar mecburen yerde yatmak zorunda kaldılar. Banyo için size minik ambalajda 10gr olduğunu sandığım şampuan ve duş jeli var ama yetmesi imkansız. Akşam kullanırsanız sabah duş alamazsınız. Zaten duş kabini de yok açık küvet o yüzden boş verin. Hadi biraz serinleyelim demeyin çünkü aircondition yok. Yanlış anlamadınız bozuk değil zaten odalarda air conditioner yok. Camları da açamazsınız çünkü birinci katta dahi olsanız pencereden atlamasınlar diye sanırım pencereleri engellemişler. Arkalarına bir boru çakmışlar ki 15 cm den fazla açılmasın. Bize ücretsiz bir hafta promosyon hediye olarak versinler yine de gidip kalmayız.

Das Hotel war vermutlich einmal sehr schön, wirkt inzwischen jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es scheint, als würde kaum noch investiert: Viele Bereiche wirken veraltet oder sind sogar beschädigt, und die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht und spärlich eingerichtet. Besonders störend war die laute Belüftung im Bad, die durchgehend ein unangenehmes Geräusch verursachte. Zudem roch es im Treppenhaus stark nach Abwasser, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigte. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend – die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und die Brötchen machten den Eindruck, vom Vortag zu stammen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage des Hotels sowie der Ausblick, der wirklich beeindruckt. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es empfiehlt sich, sich im Vorfeld zu informieren und – wenn möglich – einen Stellplatz zu reservieren.

Es war ein sehr ruhiger und komfortabler Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den Preis kann man natürlich keinen Luxus erwarten, aber für das was man zahlt bekommt man eine durchaus schöne Unterkunft.

Teilweise unfreundliches Personal,die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe,man muss Kilometerweit laufen um parken zu können und die Parkgebühren in der Parkgarage sind mit 24 Euro pro Tag ein echter Wucher. Die Matratzen sind auch ekelhaft,total fleckig und verschmutzt.Das Schlafsofa ist auch kaputt, müsste erneuert werden.Die Kinder hatten Angst darauf zu schlafen,weil es jeden Moment zusammen gekracht wäre.
