Check in instructions are awful. Google map shows wrong location. Please write Hotel Bristol Palace to Google not Tereza. Otherwise you will be stuck with car. It is not stroller friendly place. It is very hard to walk from up to down. But everything else is fine. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks!

Parking an issue, Arrive at 1:30 am and found no parking available and the nearest parking partner was 1.2km away and it did not open until 10am. Hotel location is not great, top of a big hill if you want to go for dinner. Hotel itself is OK, rooms are huge but dated.

Great place to stay

We got a lovely room on the 4th floor of Villa Tereza overlooking the 11th spring Pramen Svobody. Our room was of a good size with a mini fridge and a bath tub. Breakfast was included, it was basic but sufficient. We haven't used other facilities as a pool, a gym or a spa, so cannot comment on that. We arrived at 19.00 hrs, check in was super fast and a lady at reception was pleasant and friendly. As we had a prebooked parking spot, a security guy was kind and took us to our parking spot. We were glad we had prebooked a parking spot as it is a bit difficult parking. Only thing what we missed was a kettle in our room as we enjoy a cup of tea/coffee straight when we get up. If we are coming back to Karlovy Vary, we will for sure stay here. I would add pictures here from a hotel but for some reason the Hotels.com app doesn't allow me to do so.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und helfen gern. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und kann wunderbar entspannen.

Tolles Zimmer in der Villa Tereza mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation war anstrengend. Ein Hinweis, dass eine Seilbahn zum Hotel Imperial und damit direkt zum Parkhaus in der Libusina 2120 fährt, hätte geholfen. Alles in allem ein entspannter Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen und die Zimmer sind groß. Wir waren ein Wochenende dort und ohne Heizung war es in den großen Räumen schon etwas kühl. Sehr negativ würde ich die Parksituation bewerten. Wir haben trotz P-Platz Reservierung keinen Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel erhalten. Mussten zunächst 1 Std. auf der Straße vor der Schranke warten, um dann zu erfahren, dass wir in die Stadt zum parken fahren müssten. Die Parkgebühren werden nicht von Hotel erstattet. Insgesamt waren wir 3 Stunden unterwegs, bis wir dann endlich im Zimmer angekommen sind. Das war kein schöner Urlaubsauftakt, vor allem bei einem Kurzurlaub. Der Wellness- Bereich war völlig okay.

Mir hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer ,der Park und die Lage - alles sehr schön und viel besser ,als ich es für den Preis erwartet hätte. Kurleistungen habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, so dass ich darüber auch nichts sagen kann.

nádherný pobyt

V tomto hotelu jsme již opakovaně a vždy velmi spokojeni.Pokoje jsou prostorné a nádherně zařízené.Výhled z balkonu,na město a zeleň okolo, je úchvatný.Recepční tohoto hotelu,odvádí profesionální práci a jsou vždy usměvaví a ochotní pomoci.Parkování auta je v areálu hotelu,což je velmi příjemné.Snídaně a další jídla podávaná,velmi rozmanitá,chutná a dostatečné množství.Tento hotel rádi opět navštívíme.

Wer suchet, der findet?

Ich habe lange den Eingang gesucht- weder die Einheimischen noch der Taxifahrer wussten, wo das Hotel ist. Auf googlemap wurde es in einer Grünfläche angezeigt, ohne den Hinweis, wie man dahinkommt. Wenn man unter der Telefon-Nummer anruft, geht keiner ran. Am Ende hat sich herausgestellt, dass man nur über den Eingang des Bristol Palace zum Hotel kommt, das Hotel Tereza befindet sich in der Parkanlage hinter dem Bristol...mit dieser Information hätte cih mir eine Stunde Sucherei mit Gepäck erspart. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ganz ok.
