The first impressions is awesome. The location is breathtaking and mesmerising. The pool view is killer. The rooms are small for the price we pay.

Extremely sad experience at this dirty place

It was may be the worst experience. Broken matress, untidy door mats, ants and mosquitoes due to the greenery around and cheap toiletries. No good spread at breakfast either. No doubt the ala carte at dinner was satisfactory. The house keeping people Ashit and Nilesh's behavior and promptness at their duty was worth. Only because of Ashit i took over rethinking my decision to take a chance to stay there. Or else i was all set to move off and take my refund. No attention at answering the calls. Ull keep on calling fr the housekeeping and room service but they wont even answer. If in case they answer it would take atleast 30 mins to get ur thing solved. Extremely slow serice. Photos online show such a beautiful place to stay in, but it was a very bad decision of me to choose that place. Even in the executive pool, the bed and matress are of a ver cheap quality. Broken spring matress.
