「We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. 「Firstfully I had made a mistake when booking the room. I did select "superious room" which happened to be room without any windows. This was my own mistake but I was really dissapointed that the upgrade to a room with windows would have costed approx. the same price than the original room we took.
