「The hotel is new but the management seems to be more interested in saving cost than actually running a decent place. The hallways have motion sensors lighting, which is slow to detect motion, so you essentially come into a dark hotel hallway in 2026. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. It’s either finished or poorly presented with no food labels to know what dish you’re eating. More needs to be done. The staff are however good, a little bit friendly.」

「Some of the amenities for this hotel need attention, however where it falls short, the staff have done a great job with being helpful, cordial and always giving a smile. My wife and I especially thank the following staff for helping us to enjoy our stay.....Jacqueline, Lorna, Hadji and Eric.」

「A comfortable and clean place to stay in Dar Es Salaam. Great seafood restaurant.」

「与三星酒店的期望相差太远，没有午餐和晚餐供应，酒店也很少有介绍外面的餐厅的信息，早餐的供应食品非常简单。有时会停电。」
