「Das Badezimmer war für eine Suite eine Frechheit. Es gab lediglich ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC, jedoch ohne Duschwand. Nach dem Duschen war das ganze WC nass. Der Whirlpool war dreckig und zunächst defekt.」

The reception informed us it could be repaired in the evening, but since we had dinner plans, we agreed it could be fixed the next day after check-out. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy. 「Tutto molto bello, ottimo servizio, personale più che gentile. Ma perché fare delle camere così MINUSCOLE in un hotel di lusso? Veramente l'unica nota dolente, non c'è neanche un armadio dove mettere i vestiti, solo degli appendini. Per il resto una meraviglia」

Υπήρχε ένας συνεχής θόρυβος, από ένα μηχάνημα ενός εστιατορίου, κάτω από το δωμάτιο μας που δεν σταματούσε ποτέ. Ακόμα και το βράδυ δεν μας άφηνε να κάνουμε άνετο ύπνο. Περάσαμε ωραία και σίγουρα θα παμε ξανά αλλά σε άλλο δωμάτιο. 」
