「It was amazing.」

「The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal 」

「Idén már harmadszor voltunk vendégek ebben a szállodában. Minden alkalommal maximálisan megvoltunk elégedve mindennel. A vírushelyzet ellenére is a személyzet a maximumot nyújtotta. Az ételek minőség és mennyiség is kiváló, ahogyan a szálloda tisztasága is. Idén még biztos visszatérünk!」

「位置方便，距離巴士總站和市中心都祇需步行約十分鐘。雖然房間有點老舊，但是補養得宜，住得舒適。餐廳和小花園都是很好的進餐和閒聊的地方。雖然自由早餐的選擇不多，但是質素和份量都足夠。職員都很友善和主動，樂意提供旅遊資料和搬行李(我們住在2楼)。」

「Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! The place only...

「Hotel nieczynny」

「Nicely situated just outside the town of Eger about 2 hours out of Budapest. But poor quality staffing meant that corridors to rooms were never cleaned (Same piles of dust on the stairs throughout 4 days). Tiny bath towels. No clean towels or bath mats provided at all. No spare toilet rolls....1 per room. Four shower cap boxes in bathroom but only one contained a shower cap!...the rest were empty. Soap only available from a dispenser. Requests for room service or poolside service for sandwiches...

「Standart doubble room is quite small, but clean and well equiped. Service in hotel is great. Wellnes part is nice (bar close to swimming pools and whirlpool is cool :) ). We really enjoyed the meals so halfboard is totaly worth buying. Only one think I little bit didnt like was that most of information on signes in hotel was just in HUN lang. But service speaks EN so it is not such a big issue...」
