Superb location for our village (25 minute walk to Wadala) - staff were very helpful, esp Arshdeep and Anil. Special mention for Sunil in the restaurant who really looked after all of us with grace, nothing was too much trouble and he was always supportive of my elderly parents. The hotel was a haven to come back to after all the wedding celebrations - straight to breakfast after the doli departed!

Giving a bad name to a big brand hotel

Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight.
