「雖然是四星級飯店，但客房稍嫌老舊且蓮蓬頭不好使用（水量無法集中）且只有提供暖氣，飯店的泳池也很小，遊客一多會擠在一起，三溫暖設施也都很小間。飯店的付費停車場需步行5-10分鐘才能到停車場，」

「The pool and sauna facilities were terrific - you can take a medicinal dip without going in the Heviz Lake. I didn't try the spa treatments, but they had lots of options at reasonable rates. Everything was clean and comfortable. The desk staff speak English well (and probably German and Russian in addition to Hungarian). The town is very walkable and picturesque. I came during the off-season and outside dining options were somewhat limited, but the hotel offers half- and full-board dining...

「Great hotel with wonderful facilities. Check out is 0am, 11 am would be better. Although the rooms are non-smoking, during my stay, people in surrounding rooms were smoking on their balconies, which meant I could not open the door or window. 」

「The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday.」

Auf der Terasse 3 Vogelnester. Terassenboden schmutzig. Frühstück bescheiden. Nicht alle Tischd gedeckt. Zu wenig Kaffetassen. Brot alt. Check out war besonders mühsam」

「Zu wenig Essen beim Abendessen. 1.Stunde vor Ende der Essenszeit wurde kein Essen mehr nachgeteilt. Keine Ahnung ob schlecht kalkuliert wird, aber so kenne ich das von keinem anderen Hotel. Wellness nur bis 18 Uhr. Wenn es schon kein Essen gibt, könnte vielleicht länger Baden. 」
