Nice room but checking in was confusing and could do with your room number showing on the screen when you get your key cards. But bed and shower was lovely.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel die Innenstadt, der Hafen und weiteres sind Fuss läufig schnell zu erreichen. Selbst wenn die Zimmerreinigung im 2Tage Rhythmus durchgeführt wurde,ist das absolut ok. Der Fussboden ist vermutlich aus Profilparkett..zum Glück kein Teppich.Die Zimmergröße mit 18qm war ok - man hält sich ja sowieso wenig im Zimmer auf...ansonsten werden auch größere Wohneinheiten angeboten.Preis /Leistungen war bei mir mit erwa 91€/Nacht bei kurzfristiger Buchung ok. Die Tatsache,dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist,sollte bedacht werden- war für mich 2.Stock gut lösbar.Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und immer hilfsbereit. Sollte mein Weg mich nochmal nach Kappeln bringen,würde ich sicherlich im Schlei Hotel nach einem Zimmer schauen.

es ist ein top hotel, auffallend war das essbesteck. kein null 8/15 durchschnitt. sehr schönes design, das frühstück war echt klasse, das zimmer gross und sehr schön eingerichtet. das bad im designer look .das personal einfach klasse. sehr zu empfehlen. wir kommen gerne wieder

Hotellet ligger mycket bra till, bra parkering och mycket enkelt och lätt att promenera till centrum. Längs med vattnet ligger många trevliga restauranger och en fantastisk vinbar.

Dårlig service !!

Vi ankom klokken 22.00 og hotellet havde glemt at sende os kode til nøgleskab så vi stod udenfor uden at kunne komme ind i 1 time. Det er under al kritik de ikke kompenserer noget fra hotellet. Skal dog sige at hotel.com har ydet god service

Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse gebucht. Bei der Terasse handelte es sich um den Gang zu den anliegenden Zimmern. Da neben unserem Zimmer die Raucherecke war, war das Lüften problematisch. Im Zimmer staute sich die Hitze durch den einfachen Kühlschrank, der im Unterschrank stand. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer lief fast durchgängig, weil diese anscheinend mit allen Zimmern des Aufgangs gekoppelt war. Die Bettdecken waren für die Jahreszeit zu dick. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustür war praktisch. Das Frühstück hatte im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels der Kette in Kappeln eine kleinere Auswahl für den gleichen Preis.
