「Terrible. Avoid. I booked here because I needed a last-minute room and the normal hotels nearby were full. After booking and before checking in I was plagued by calls, some in the middle of the night, asking fro more money on top of the booking amount I’d already paid, then told the booking would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. When I asked why I was being asked to pay double the amount agreed and already paid, I was called ‘intolerable’ by the hotel manager - for simply asking why I was receiving...

「Rooms are very small with no ventilation very difficult to stay with kids. Reception is not proactive we asked for water in the room multiple time but no one delivered so we had to get it from Resturant every time ourselves. Resturant and breakfast is good. If you are travelling without kids and for overnight stay then hotels is fine.」

「Room was big and staff friendly at checkin and in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. However the room had a damp musty smell and I could not breathe and had to ask for a room change around midnight when it became unbearable. The staff accommodated me in another room. This new room was ok for the first night but that damp musty smell slowly kicked in the second night. Glad I checked out the next morning. I will not be going back there.」

「The hotel is excellent in terms of location, amenities and staff. The location cannot be beat - centrally located close to the railway station or airport. Easy to find Ubers, autos, and lots of shopping within walking distance. Many temples, and handicraft stores are within a 10 minute walk. The amenities were spectacular. 「Dinner wasn’t kept inspite of requesting early , and didn’t respond to calls regarding my delayed flight. Had to check in at midnight and checked out at 8 am( on request- their check out time is 7 am) . Disappointed 」
