「There's hair, like body hair, Not Hair on Your Head! IN! MY! BED!!!! EW!!! so I slept in a sleeping bag on that disgusting bed...」

「Very clean and comfortable room. I got a great sleep after 5 days fishing on Lake Kenyir. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well making communication easy. Very close to airport for that morning flight.」

「Not enough food court facilities near the hotel. 」

「Saya puas hati dengan situasi bilik. Housekeeping pun segera menghantar keperluan.

TQ.」

「It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.」

「The sevice is nice there. But when I check in I told them i booked from Hotels.com.They said with no my name there. After 30 minutes checking. They said it's from another website. The people was very nice to check for me.」

「overall, ok... nice place to visit nearby resort...」

「Clean fast check in nice for overnight stay」

「nice staffs, fixed shower strong water pressure, comfort workspace good lighting! view blocked by oppo building, weak wifi, air-con beside beds, no shampoo only soap!! hotel 5G said office only!!!」

「Ok stay Ok location A run down place Suboptimal bathroom 」
