The hotel is old and room have smell of smoke, even it is a non smoking room. Near to Railway station, which is very convenient.
Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.
This hotel turned out to be a great value. The amenities are decent, the room is clean, and the overall environment is quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting guests and offering assistance when needed.
One of the nicest touches is the snack bar on the 1st floor, which offers free cookies, crackers, coffee, and milk tea throughout the day. It’s a small detail, but it really adds to the experience.
The elevator is convenient and easy to use, with no long waits. For the price, this hotel delivers more than expected. Great bang for your buck, and I would definitely stay here again.
I loved our traditional room, and the public baths! It was so relaxing and so nice to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan. I highly recommend to everyone! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the tea and snacks were delicious!
