「Check-in was seamless and efficient; the room was clean and spacious. Nice place to stay for the night. We didn't use any of the amenities or the casino」

「This place is so unique and very beautiful and just wonderful... one of those places were you want to plan your next trip asap」

「The front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was okay. Bed was great. Location was nice」

「I made a prepaid reservation for my 19 year old son who was in the area visiting his girlfriend. Arkansas has no law about not being able to check in for under 21. The room was prepaid and my son is almost 20, was in dress clothes, clean cut, polite, and has checked into multiple hotels on his own in the pass 2 years. 「Greatest customer service experience I have ever had.」

「Location and price was good. Staff was very friendly. It wasn't a 5 star property but very comfortable for a 2 night business stay.」

「Clean room Would book room again」

「Do not stay here」

「The room, the property, the amenities were great. But we were put into a room that had severe bed bugs, first and had to be relocated. No offer of refund, discount, or anything from anyone. I did not appreciate that at all; will not be returning.」
