Great breakfast and they call you in the morning to take your order. The atmosphere is great as it brings back memories of grandma’s house. The bed was a little hard, but was comfortable. Parking is reserved in front of the house on the street, and it seemed safe.

From the moment I drove up to the property I felt like I was at home. The owners are very welcoming. I received a tour of the home which was unique and so homey. The personalized breakfast was delicious to say the least. My room was comfortable, clean and I slept so well.

This is a lovely historic property. It was clean and charmingly old. Pablo and Luke were great hosts! Enjoyed the opera and the historic downtown just steps away. Can’t wait to return!

The best B&B ever!

Totaly amazing! If you go to Kansas you must stay at this B&B. The house was amazing, fantastic old irish style with autentic furnishing. But it was the service and the kindness from the staff thar mad my whole stay! And the breakfast!

It was far enough away from downtown for it to be quiet, but close enough to be able to walk to everything. The history and artifacts of the place made my stay interesting and the gardens made it restful. Wonderful place to stay.

We had a lovely stay in a little room here for a short weekend in Kansa City for the Hallmark Christmas Experience. You stay in this beautiful home and enjoy a custom breakfast made special for you each morning. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed staying here versus a hotel for once. If we're ever back in KC, we'd love to come back!
