Needs to improve

Needs to sort itself out. Junior staff are great the main man on reception was surly and not helpful. For its star rating it needs to do more.

Not a 4 star hotel

Though the hotel claims to be a 4 star, from my experience of staying in 4 and 5 star hotels, it doesn't come close. The quality of facilities need serious upgradation. There are other hotels nearby offering a better value for money.

Hotel room is big. However the cleanliness is not good. The cleaning staff just goes through motion. If you don't initiate they will not do anything. The restaurant require some more dishes on menu. During breakfast we have to ask for items which are not available.

Great place to stay in Kannur

Beautiful little Hotel. Very close to Train station, just 30 RSI in a Turk-Tuk Very clean, Friendly and helpful staff. Good meals in Restaurant It also has Wine, Liquor & Beer sales outlet Good internet
