Lindos Princess Beach Hotel All Inclusive

"Excellent place to stay, particularly for families with young kids. We're all grown up but it was still really good. Suitable for disabled people. The private beach is such a flex as well, and it felt very safe. The food was decent considering they're cooking at scale 24/7. There is entertainment during the day and at night including live music. Being a resort, it felt a little insular as I guess many guests don't really leave the place because they have everything there, like a mini-town. But we did leave to explore the island and it made the holiday very special."

"This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Food drink and entertainment is all excellent too , can’t wait for our next visit . 😃"

"There’s a lot to like about the Aulus Lindos, but after a week we left slightly disappointed. The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. No single problem was major, but together they created an experience that never matched expectations. The standout positive was the staff, who were friendly, hardworking and genuinely helpful throughout. The Italian restaurant manager and sole server deserves particular praise, as does the evening cocktail barman, both of whom somehow kept everything running smoothly despite clearly being overstretched. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with lush greenery and an attractive stream running through the resort. The rooms appear recently refurbished, but the finish felt rushed. Our bathroom still looked dated, with a leaking tap, poorly fitted shower screen and stained bath, while the balcony felt neglected with marked loungers and a dirty hot tub. Food was decent but not what you’d expect from a luxury resort. Buffets were acceptable, though details like tinned fruit at breakfast felt disappointing. The Italian restaurant was enjoyable but stingy with ingredients, while the Yellow Sea restaurant was poor, especially the duck bao buns. The biggest mismatch with the marketing was the Surfer snack bar, which mostly offered pre made sandwiches and salads that felt closer to motorway service station food than a 5 star resort. "The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. Andreas within the main restaurant was a superstar, each day would approach me and ask what I fancied and he went away and ensured it was freshly made from the chefs to ensure no cross contamination from the other food available to guests. My sole visit to the a la carte restaurant at Kuzina was once again a very comfortable experience with my allergy, our server ensured I had my own portions of food which was suitable for me and served the regular menu to my wife. At no point was my allergy an inconvenience to anybody at the hotel, it was an extremely comfortable experience dining here. It's also a very family friendly hotel, with kids activities and play groups available for different ages."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday."

"Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old. The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant food is very basic, no service of any sort."
