Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment.

Bedsheets and pillow cases are stained - - obvious yellow stains can be seen on bedsheets, and the pillow cases are of greyish and with pen ink. Worst thing is that the toilet gets flooded after shower! Towels are old, same as the room. Hair dryer is only available upon request. Not worth the price I paid for the room. Very disappointing. Definitely won't come back!

TV x ada siaran, pintu rosak dan bilik air leaking.Sarapan sedap tapi x ada pilihan.bagi notis sarapan start pukul 7.30AM tapi bila pergi x kena tunggu 30minit.Masa nak check in Pintu bilik x boleh bukak, panggil maintenance utk baiki, last terpaksa tukar bilik.Bila nak mintak rate check x bagi plk.Mahal dan tidak berbaloi dengan harga.

Overall, the hotel is good. The foods served were nice and fit my taste. Just for a pool, I think the cleanliness of water should be taking care carefully by the hotel since many guests and outsiders are using the pool. And not to forget the facilities at the pool should be upgraded because some of rhe facilities are old and not fully in good condition.

The building is old. The room furniture is very old. They only provide bare minimum toiletries. The food at the cafe is also below average.

The cleanliness is very bad,I found a piece of biscuit beside the bed, and the mirror in the toilet still got stains. The most stupid part in the room is, there are only 3 power socket in the room, one for kettle located near the wardrobe, one for TV, another one beneath the TV, I really have no idea what is the best way to charge my stuff.
