「We couldn't recommend Jungle Hut more! From the moment we were arrived til the moment we left, we were treated so well by all the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us with everything we needed, and were so helpful and friendly. The place itself is amazing.....such an idyllic setting at the foothills of a beautiful mountain in the middle of a jungle! Relaxing in the pool while looking at the views was so nice! The accommodations are so clean, and well maintained, and eco friendly...

「We stayed at the Log hut for 1 night on 31st May. The room was pretty run down and the bathroom had a strange smell throughout our stay. We mainly stayed in Bandipur for the safaris and the 2 safaris we went on, we saw only elephants. No movement of tigers unfortunately. Ofcourse it’s all luck. The bf spread was ok. I would’ve typically given the room 2 stars but gave 1 extra star for the service provided. The staff were prompt if we asked anything. Service at restaurant was also really good. 」

「Good place to stay in Ooty at decent price and provides complementary breakfast, but the road to this property is in very bad state and reaching here is a bit confusing. Employees Geeta and Rajshekhar are helpful and friendly.」

「The property is in a good position uphill from the town (which we found dirty and disappointing ) but walkable. The room was a good size. Complimentary Afternoon tea tasting. Breakfast choices were good from the buffet. The property was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. 」

「Over all the expirance is good. Good hospitality, good staff behaviour , food was healthy and tasty. It would be better if the provide some carpet & heater in room The time we went there was the coldest and it's hard to walk on room in the tiles without carpet legs where frozing ( i know slippers are option) but still if carpets where there it would have good. And heaters to.」

「I had a one night stay at this hotel, good location at the top of the hill, comfortable stay.Restaurant staff was excellent specially Girl named Harman .She was so helpful and courteous and friendly.We asked her some food which was not on the buffet menu, but she done her best to please us」
