Room basic however heaps of extra amenities & staff outstanding very helpful and friendly. Shown to my room & how things work. Hotel a little dated but location great I got a taxi from the station then could walk to the castle grounds & famous gardens also right next to main st & could also walk to Ninja shrine/museum, shops & Samurai area. Would recommend if you are on a budget.

The room had great view! Location couldn't have been better. It was clean and confortable, quiet with nice towels and robes. Enough space to relax on small couch. If you like shopping there is no better space. Staff was very friendly and communicated clearly, even though through translator. Love Kanazawa. A couple of tea bags for the kettle and cups provided, would have been nice. The hallways need updating.

室内は思ったよりも広々、特にお風呂が広くて良かったです。1000円分の駐車券も配布していただけたので時間を気にせず安く停められました。 また金沢に行く時は利用させていただきたいと思います。

建物は古くて小さいけど部屋は広くて庶民的で安心感がある。部屋のお風呂が広いのは嬉しい。観光にとっても便利。フロントスタッフはフレンドリーで親切だった。それも含め雰囲気は良い。何泊かするなら1泊ここを入れるのもアリ！

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à Kanazawa. Proche de tout. L’entrée de l’hôtel se situe dans un restaurant (ça fait un peu peur à l’arrivée, vu l’odeur de cigarette et l’état du bâtiment qui n’est pas de première jeunesse). Mais une fois arrivée dans la chambre, elle est spacieuse, propre et ne sens aucune odeur de tabac (chambre non fumeur). Le personnel n’est pas polyglotte, mais on comprend très bien et le sourire est au rendez-vous.

提携駐車場のサービス券があるのがとてもありがたい。チェックイン・アウト共に、フロントスタッフの対応がとても丁寧で良かった。バストイレ別は良かったが、バスルームの洗い場、バスタブ内に数本の髪の毛が残っていたのが残念だった。

早めに着いたのにも関わらず、そのままチェックインさせて頂きました。 また部屋に入るとエアコンが効いてて、外が暑かったのでとても幸せな気持ちになりました。 ただ、棚類が少なくコンセントもまくら側にはなかったので就寝時のスマホを置く場所や充電が困りました。

利用したいお宿が増えました。

チェックイン時間より1時間強早く到着しましたが、快く対応して頂けました。駐車場の利用は別料金だと思っていましたが、契約駐車場を教えていただけてとても助かりました。部屋も広く、浴室に洗い場があってゆっくりと入浴出来、立地はほぼ繁華街にありながらとても静かで快適な1泊を過ごせました。また利用したいお宿が増えました。
