Very good service

It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.

The apartment was nice and clean. But the hot water in the shower is very limited and not nearly enough for 3 bedrooms of people to shower. There also was no microwave.

The residence's location is the best, just 10 mins walk to KLCC. The residence was spacious and bright. The staff sent detailed message to me explaining the check-in procedure, very helpful indeed. The roof top swimming pool was fantastic, we could see Twin Tower there. We would like to come back ...
