「Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. 」

「超差……千萬不要去，我們一家15人入住此resort兩晚，完全好似住緊鬼屋。我是看旅遊書介紹，看到有water park, safari park, 牛仔城等很多設施，所以book了兩晚. 臨出發前三日，我到他們的網站看看要不要先預訂一些門票，點知見到通告water park臨時維修唔開，我們已非常失望。去到check in, 又比左兩間荒廢左既公寓房我地，搞左好耐，我地話要轉apartment, 最後轉返兩間比我地，但我唔明囉，成個度假村好似無人咁，仲要比頭尾房我地，廁所燈壞，床單面勁多塵，冷氣壞，廁所冲唔到……打去reception好耐都無人聽，當晚捱一晚，第二朝起身去接待處同佢地講，跟住我地打算去玩高卡車，原路經過看見很多設施好像荒廢的，無人玩，我地最後在此廢城什麼都沒有玩……」

「Shower water temperature tends to fluctuate Abit. Floor under bed was also dusty. But that's all..rest are great!」

「Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. 」
