「Un accueil au top, avec un personnel vraiment à l’écoute et de très bon conseil. Une personne a même pris le temps de nous accompagner pour trouver un taxi après notre séjour sur les îles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, d’autant plus qu’il est situé tout près de l’embarcadère. 「It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

「What a great place to stay on Perhentian island (Greater)! A real gem. Location is perfect with 3 beaches in walking distance (one right next to the accommodation). We stayed in a seafront view family room and it was amazing waking up to the beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, fridge, AC, a big fan on the ceiling. 「La cama era cómoda pero la tienda en sí no. Nos llovió una noche y la tienda se llenó de agua. Se mojaron nuestras cosas. Hay poco espacio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien: echaba aire congelado durante 5 minutos y hacia calor durante otros 15.」

「Le personnel est très sympa et très serviable surtout Alan, et il cuisine vraiment bien. La douche est vraiment pas terrible, l'eau coule très très doucement et le lavabo le robinet n'ai pas trop fixer et la porte coulissante est vraiment bien abîmée donc très difficile de fermer la porte. 」

「Très bon séjour dans l'hôtel, très belle petite plage en bas de l'hôtel, bon restaurant et breakfast. Je vous conseille les chambres quadruple , vous aurez un bungalow indépendantavec extérieur ,si vous prenez premium vous serez dans un bâtiment en béton avec moins de charme. Certes si vous désirez du standard européen en terme de nettoyage (salle de bain ) n'allez pas aux perhentian... Sauf peut-être le Marriott, mais pas le même budget.. Hôtel très agréable avec beaucoup de végétation et vue...
