「Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again.」

When feedback, he hide behind the counter and leverage his Chinese drink stall staff to teach me a lesson.
