「The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good. However a few things need to be done to make it a better stay. Firstly, there was dust at all the window frames and on the fans - my sister who was allergic to dust sneezed throughout the stay. There was no water heater in both the bathrooms at the house - this was not an issue for my family, but it would have been much more comfortable if...

「Love the pool and the close proximity to the Lake Garden. Having the ironing board in the room is so helpful. The hotel looks tired inside and out. However, it is comfortable and reasonably clean. Will consider it again in the future.」

「Easy street parking as the block of shop lots were mainly empty. The room we were given had no windows and there is no lift, the stairs were uneven so you need to take care. I found the bed uncomfortable and it was noisy (poor soundproofing)but otherwise, given the price, it is good value. You will need transport to get into Taiping as it is on the outskirts of the town. 」
