Our rooms are clean. All the staff are friendly and always willing to take care of us. In particular, the Duty Manager is extremely helpful in making sure that our stay at the resort is enjoyable. The resort is peaceful and well maintain,

Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. Personne très professionnelle, et nous avons ete dedommagé et gâté. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons cet endroit, vous serez tres bien recus.
