"The room was nice, parts seemed renovated recently. The pool was nice. The staff were nice, and the A/C and heat was nice in the room."

"The staff was especially helpful despite our party arriving late. They directed us in finding parking which was great as all the regular spots were taken. Staff Mgr went out of way to show us where we could find additional refrigeration, use of a washer dryer in motel etc. And I was able to ask for additional amenities to be provided for our group. My one note to hotel staff for future reference is that they stock up on enough toiletries if they know a family of 4 is booked into a room there, as there was not enough shampoo and soap for us all. And we ran out of toilet paper. The beds are a bit hard but lots of pillows orovided. Otherwise it was a great room for a great price. Thanks. Will to be back when I come through again."

"Overpriced. Pool was closed. No credit for meals as advertised. Room was musty and bathroom was poorly lit and in desperate need of renovations. Clearly it had seen significant flood damage. Thankfully, I paid for the Park facing room as the regular rooms all face the train tracks."
