During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc.

「The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.」

「Lovely boutique hotel, situated within walking distance of some super beaches. The staff are friendly and the rooms cleaned during breakfast most days.
The breakfasts are amazing, provided directly to your table with a super range of hot choices. we had some lovely lunches, whilst enjoying the soothing and relaxing ( heated) pool with waterfall!

「A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon.
