「I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. I took some time off and needed to get away - it was off season, but these guys are on top of it. Room service was great. They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are all nice and have great views facing the bay - nice, quiet location too. 」

「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

「Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. There’s a thin door between your room and the neighbor’s—you might as well be sharing a room, because you can hear...

「Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this property. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the spacious balcony, which we used and enjoyed having. The apartment itself was a good size and comfortable, though the bathroom was small. Some of the furnishings felt a little dated, and the kitchen could have been better stocked and organised.
