「Crockery was dirty. Despite not requesting this towels were changed every day. Advised hotel that booking was incorrect - there were 2 of us. Hotel replied to sort with reception on arrival. Hotel then charged €45 for the free breakfast for the "extra" guest. 」

「The hotel environment was largely very nice, very clean, rooms were nice, the hotel was well maintained. For me the issue was as lovely as the staff were as people, the level of service was poor, not just poor for a 5* hotel, but poor for any hotel. I should say we stayed the first week of May, which is early in their season, however when any service issues were raised that was the excuse they gave, as though that makes it OK.
