「New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more.」

「Beautiful location near the backwater n so serene n quiet. Had a wonderful time with family and the chef Ashraf was excellent n his service was great. Thompson who was in charge took care of everything n very prompt. 」

「The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. 」

「The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. 」
