「From the outset, the Eden Roc resort staff were so friendly and helpful from booking in to checking out and all of the dealings in between. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. 「Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war.」

Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative.」

「Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. 「Beautiful hotel we had a room with a pool it was nothing short of fabulous. The room had air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and fridge. We had breakfast included which was lovely they had everything from fruit to full English. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the beach but there are restaurants and bars five minutes away. We had a lovely time thank you.」

「An absolute beautiful hotel! We had one on the swim up rooms. Our room was perfect because it has some shaded areas for some of the afternoon. The staff were really friendly and really accessible on WhatsApp. They responded almost instantly. Would 100% stay again if the price is right thank you.」
