「Einfach traumhaft. Sehr schöne Villa, super liebes und hilfsbereites Personal und ein Hund :) dazu ein wunderbares Koch. Der Strand ist weit und in tollem Licht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen 」

「This is a cute property but this is not the way to go. On the booking channel you said that you have
A restaurant
A bar
24h room service
WiFi in every room
Laundry service
Etc
But in fact, there is no WiFi
No possibility to do laundry or even have you bring it somewhere else to wash it.
There is no remote for the air conditioning
The bathroom door is missing a handle
the toilet leaks water after you flush
There are so many insects and FROGS in the room
And the bare minimum is to have...
