The manager and staff of this hotel are really really friendly and helpful! The hotel is a bit on the older side, but the location is really good especially if you're planning on hiking in the area. They also have a parking lot. I liked this place a lot, it's excellent value for the money.

We stayed at San Giorgio Villa for one night. we drove from Athens to Meteora. The location was excellent — very close to the main center of Meteora and right at the foot of the mountains. The villa had a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and quite decent, with boiled eggs, assorted breads, fruits, tea, and coffee a good way to start the day. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable villa with a hotel-style feel and a great location for exploring Meteora.
