Great place, Kostas was so welcoming, and his brother; Kostas gave us a historic info of the city and all the hints about Meteoras; great family, hotel is super clean and located right by the mountains with great view around, fresh air and lotsa trees, not even far from the city, Id say 3-4 minutes drive if you have a car, definitely recommend!

Family owned, quiet and isolated, beautiful valley. Mattress very firm. Food is very good, homemade by Momma, but a bit expensive. Owner is friendly and generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but getting to town requires a car.
The location of the property is excellent. It’s only few minutes driving from the entrance to the Holy Trinity monastery. From the parking lot of the Guesthouse, you can see the St Stephen’s Holy Manasterry.
The owner, Mr. Arseniou Konstantinos, is very nice. We arrived after sunset and did not want to drive 4 kilometers to the town of Kalabaka to eat. Mr Arseniou asked his mom to cook dinner for us. The charge is reasonable, considering it saved us from driving in the dark for an hour. Since it’s far from main roads, the room is very quiet. The shower is tiny but served our purpose.
We love the surrounding the best. Mr Arseniou’s grand father immigrated from Poland and settled in Meteora. They own a well-size olive tree farm. The house itself could have been a monastery if they were monks or nuns.
Anyway, we enjoyed the stay very much and would come back here if we have a chance in the future.
Guesthouse Arsenis was amazing! I visited during the "off season", but the weather was still beautiful. The location could not have been better. It was a two minute drive into town and amazingly close to the monasteries. The view from my room and the dining area was gorgeous. Checking in was super simple and I had a chance to talk to the owner and his mother (who were both very, very kind!). The house and land have been in their family for generations and they have clearly taken very good care of it! The whole experience was very peaceful. I wish I could have stayed longer and would love to go back!
The rooms were clean and functional, but the beds were too hard for us. The breakfast was also very nice. The hotel has its own large car park so it is very easy to find a space, and the surrounding area is gorgeous including the olive groves proudly run by the hotel.
The owner really tries to provide a welcoming environment but can be over-friendly and could make you feel uncomfortable, especially as a female traveller, though we (mother and adult daughter) felt he was harmless and just trying to ensure a good stay/review. He gave us free bottles of water and Meteora fridge magnets each.
Prezzo e prestazioni buone.
So ol school. Inconvenient paymemt sysyem. Food is terrible. The ownser wants you to spend money from tge moment u arrive. Wanted to make a phone call (collext) to which he said *Money too expensie!
