Very nice hotel in a great location: peaceful and quiet, quick walk to Kastraki for dinner. Also, it’s only a 20 min walk to one of the smaller monasteries. The hotel itself was rustic but clean. Our room (dubbed “Ariadne”) was spacious, with a kitchenette/ family room. The breakfast was very simple, but it worked for us.

I loved the location, can't really get much closer to the sights without becoming a monk at one of the monateries. The hotel is a older but clean and well cared for. Parking is easy, and the staff are lovely attentive people. It's cozy, quiet and really you can't beat the location.
