「The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at.」

「It was a bad experience overall all Third floor with no lift and not suitable for senior No breakfast Very pricy for the service offered Only bright spot was location and indoor parking」

「Location is excellent, you can walk to Bascarsija and for a short stay is very convenient. Parking was not provided and we had to park about 10min away, not big deal as the weather was perfect.」
