Disappointing
Arrived after driving 550km. At first fine but at 2300 had to phone reception sbout music/ noise Although receptionist tried to help we had no option but to change rooms. Not practical and not happy. Hotels.com tried to contact prpoerty but no answer therefore no refund. Customer service at hotels.com not at fault Definitely should have had tefund due to inconvenience of packing up at near midnight to another room!!!

Very Nice Airport Hotel. In the Squaire. Connected to airport bt two pedestrian bridges up escalators from check in lobbies A/Z and B/C. We were able to order food after 22:00. Room nice. Peaceful view of Stadtwald/City forest

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking. The room was crammed and hot we had to leave the same day we checked in. The staff did not care why were leaving SO soon. But it was clean and quiet.

Much better than expected.
I was quite surprised by this hotel. I stayed already in several Holiday Inn Express hotels but this one looked like new. A fancy room, spacious with nice decorations and warm colours gave a cosy atmosphere. There is not much to see in walking distance, but a few restaurants are around like an American diner, an Asian restaurant, and Burger King. A cinema is next door. A perfect option to stay one night on a longer trip.
