「燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。」

「Positives: The location was perfect for us. It was an easy to walk to downtown Walnut Creek where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. Freeway access was very easy. The room was clean and the property well kept. Negatives: The valet parking charge of $35+taxes per night was excessive. There was no other option for onsite parking, so it’s pretty much a mandatory fee. The mattress was too firm for my liking. I tossed and turned all night. All in all I’d stay here again and recommend it...

「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」

「Let me just start with the room, it was spacious it was modern it was quit, and clean! and beds were very comfortable, now the staff, staff is amazing quickly proceed our incoming and outgoing stay, The parking lot is safely lit and fenced in on the property. The check out time is a winner 11:00 am !! And the breakfast is amazing!!!」
