「Nice service the hotel is easy to access. The wifi is the problem to connect you need to put room number and last name but the staff never put last name in the database I need to out ABC in my last name to connect to wifi」

「清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。」

「Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.」

It was very good from the service from dining to inroom service to the variety of aminities available within the hotel which inc a small swimming pool. Exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff where excellent at their jobs with attention to detail excellent. There was no attitude and the hotel had a pleasant vibe. 「This hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If you are American this would compare to a Motel 6. Not European sparkling clean, but hygienic. The staff is wonderfully helpful and the roof top resturant is very good. I arrived after midnight and although the restuarant was offically closed for room service, they broght dinner.」

「This was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay.」
