My first night was unexpected—I needed an ambulance to the local hospital after a fall on the ferry—but the staff at Bay Vista were incredibly attentive throughout the whole ordeal. They checked on me during the ambulance visit and followed up the next day to make sure I was doing okay (four sutures along my hairline). The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel.
