"This is truly a little gem! A fairly newly opened hotel, a small hotel of 5 rooms with personal charm. The staff mentioned that the plan is to complete the construction and add another 5 rooms. Located above a quiet restaurant in a very quiet area just outside Hikkaduwa, right on the beach so the waves and the beach are your table neighbors at breakfast. "The towel had not been changed. I requested a change but received no response. I asked again and it was eventually changed. There were numerous gaps around the balcony door, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room. I requested mosquito repellent and received it, but it proved ineffective. Even whilst sleeping, mosquitoes flew around my face, causing discomfort. Access to the beach was poor."
